Creativity is King and won’t be overthrown

Chairman of Sydney Award School, Craig Davis, recently referred to a study by IBM, involving CEOs and public sector leaders. From the largest ever one-on-one study of its kind, involving 1,500 people across 33 countries, the key finding was that when asked what they felt was the most important characteristic for success leadership in the next 5 years 60% of them answered, “creativity”.

When they say creativity, I assume they are not referring to image or idea, but problem solving. A creative strategy to respond to a substantial need. This is at the core of Transmarketing’s service offering. A ‘through the line’ approach to creativity, starting with the specific need of the client.
