There always a place for humour in advertising! However, it’s fraught with danger. A couple of essentials to keep in mind:

1. The more the humour relates to the brand offering, the more effective it is. However, the balance needs to be right. Don’t burden the comedy with too much product messaging.

2. Take a chance. If you’re safe, your results most likely will be average. But if you think big, the results can be big!
